Getting Started
What is DartsDash?
DartsDash turns your darts match data into clear, searchable analytics. You can track event results, scoring patterns, checkouts, first 9 averages, pace, head-to-head records, and ADC Vault progress in one place.
Which match platforms can I use with DartsDash?
DartsDash currently supports DartsAtlas event imports and DartConnect event imports. DartConnect imports work by forwarding one match recap email from a completed event to your personal DartsDash forwarding address.
Do I need to enter my matches manually?
No. DartsDash is built around importing your existing event data. Use the dashboard refresh for supported DartsAtlas data, and use the DartConnect import page for DartConnect events.
Imports
DartConnect imports
How do I import a DartConnect event?
Open Import DartConnect in DartsDash, copy your personal forwarding address, then forward any one match recap email from the completed event to that address.
You only need to forward one recap from the event. Leave the original email content intact so DartsDash can read the event details.
How long does an import take?
DartConnect imports usually finish in the background within a few minutes. If the event does not appear straight away, return to the dashboard and refresh your stats.
Why is my event missing?
Check that the event is complete, the forwarded DartConnect email was a match recap, and the email was sent to the exact forwarding address shown in your account.
If it still has not appeared, contact support with your DartsDash account email, event name, event date, and the platform the event was played on.
Can someone else use my forwarding address?
Your forwarding address is private to your account. Avoid sharing it publicly, because emails sent to it may be processed against your DartsDash profile.
DartsAtlas sync
Why is my DartsAtlas sync taking so long?
If this is your first time using DartsDash, your initial sync may have a lot of DartsAtlas events to import and analyse. That work runs in the background and can take up to 24 hours to complete, depending on your event history.
After your initial sync, individual imports usually complete within 1 to 15 minutes, depending on current user activity.
We recommend keeping your stats up to date so you can avoid long sync waits when importing multiple events at once.
Stats
What stats can I see?
You can review event results, scoring distribution, first 9 averages, leg pace, checkout performance, highest finishes, 100+ scoring, head-to-head records, and ADC Vault history.
What should I do if the numbers look wrong?
Refresh your stats from the side menu first. If the issue stays, send support the event name, match details, and what looks incorrect so we can investigate the source data and import result.
What is ADC Vault tracking?
ADC Vault pages help you follow your Vault activity, history, and calendar alongside your wider DartsDash analytics, so regular match volume turns into easier-to-read patterns and benchmarks.
Billing
How much does DartsDash cost?
DartsDash is GBP 2.99 per month for a standard subscription. Eligible JDC members can get the discounted GBP 1.99 per month subscription after approval.
Subscriptions are rolling monthly and auto-renew each month, with no long-term commitment.
How does the JDC member discount work?
The JDC discount is for eligible Junior Darts Corporation members. When you create a subscription, you will be asked for your JDC details so eligibility can be reviewed before the discounted price is applied.
If you already have a standard subscription and need to switch to the JDC discount, go to Your Subscription and manage your subscription from there.
Where can I manage or cancel my subscription?
Use Your Subscription from the side menu to view your plan and manage billing actions available to your account.
Tournaments
Does DartsDash include tournament tools?
Yes. DartsDash includes tournament scorer pages for organisers, players, public boards, brackets, groups, leagues, kiosks, and live match views. Access to management tools depends on your role.
Why can I not see Tournament Management in the menu?
The Tournament Management link only appears for accounts with the right management role. If you expected access, contact support with your account email and the tournament or league you need to manage.
